Our Social Services department is here to help Medicare beneficiaries qualify for Medicaid or the Medicare Savings Programs (MSP) in addition to other cost saving programs, at no cost.

In helping our members, we are providing them with more freedom to enjoy life and take care of themselves.

Those Medicare Beneficiaries who qualify for Medicaid will fall into one of the following categories:

• Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (QMB)
• Special Low-Income Beneficiary (SLMB)
• Qualified Individual (QI-1)
  * Please note that SSI eligibility is done directly with the Social Security Office.
