Member Rewards
With the Solis Member Rewards Program, you can earn up to $400 a year ($100 a quarter) by completing certain health screenings and activities throughout the year.
Here's how the Program Works
The program operates on an annual basis, starting from January 1 and runs on a calendar year
ending on December 31.
Choose from a series of rewardable activities, with each activity having a dollar amount indicated. Each reward can only be claimed one-time per calendar year, except for:
Adult Access to Primary Care which can be claimed in the first and second half of the year.
Fitness Participation which can be claimed once a quarter.
